PROBLEM IDENTIFIED:
Client was tired of spending so much time and effort making decisions about hardware updates, the risks involved with in-house data storage, and better ways to access data for remote workers. United Western Insurance Brokers was curious about cloud-based data storage solutions and wondered what cloud-based solutions would be the best for them.
RESULTS:
After evaluating cost benefits and marketplace options, Linchpin-IT migrated UWIB’s network to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Linchpin-IT team also created procedures that made on-boarding new users easier to do and trained existing users on how to access and use their data.
